Aux Vieux Remparts
A completely new visual identity to tie in with the refurbishment of the hotel. Incorporating two restaurants, a lounge bar and spa, the new logo needed to be used for signage across the different areas of the hotel, on menus, vehicles, stationery and their website.
The hotel is situated in the heart of the medieval town of Provins, classified by UNESCO in France. Working closely with the interior designers renovating the hotel, I developed an identity that would maintain the historical authenticity of the hotel and town, with a touch of contemporary sharpness and adaptability. Based on the ‘Provins penny’ the logo mark has a distinctly medieval feel.
